Two electrically charged metal wires are fed into the spray gun. An arc is struck between the wire tips, melting them. A jet of compressed air atomizes the molten metal and propels it onto the workpiece surface.

The system typically requires clean, dry, oil-free air at 80–100 PSI with a flow rate of 100–150 CFM.

Basic training in thermal spray operation is recommended. The system is designed for ease of use, and we provide installation and training support.
